Obama Eligibility Case …Obama is a FRAUD…The Play by Play of What Happened this Morning in the Georgia Courtroom

Given the testimony from today’s court case in Georgia, Obama has a lot of explaining to do. His attorney, Jablonski, was a NO SHOW as of course, was Obama.

The following is a nutshell account of the proceedings.

Promptly at 9am EST, all attorneys involved in the Obama Georgia eligibility case were called to the Judge’s chambers. This was indeed a very interesting beginning to this long awaited and important case.

The case revolved around the Natural Born clause of the Constitution and whether or not Obama qualifies under it to serve. More to the point, if found ineligible, Obama’s name would not appear on the 2012 ballot in Georgia.

With the small courtroom crowded, several in attendance could be seen fanning themselves with pamphlets as they waited for the return of the attorneys and the appearance of the judge.

Obama himself, who had been subpoenaed to appear, of course was nowhere near Georgia. Instead, Obama was on a campaign swing appearing in Las Vegas and in Colorado ignoring the court in Georgia.

    Cant hear the hearing…..by design?

  4. This is the kind of laughable bullshit that you Tea Baggers get all lathered up over? Guess what — a two-penny district court judge in Georgia has no personal jurisdiction over the president. He (The Pres) has to be made a party to the action by personal service, and under some long-arm statute? Is there a law anywhere that says that the President of the United States must present his birth certificate to some rube in Georgia that happened to get elected judge? Cameron, this is just ludicrous crap, and the electorate is getting very weary of Republican late-night comedy.

    • Robert …it isn’t a Birth Certificate thing its an eligibility thing and the Georgia Courts have absolute authority over who they allow on their ballots. Read the article …most of the evidence that was entered came from Obama himself including information found on the bogus and amateurish birth certificate that he had someone cobble together for him… according to the Constitution a person needs to be a natural born citizen … which U.S. Supreme Court legal authorities have defined for over 200 years to mean a person born of two parents who are also BOTH U.S. Citizens … Obama isn’t eligible to run for President …and as of right now he won’t be on the Georgia ballot. Next up are Texas and California followed by 12 other states who will all be entertaining the same issue (and will no doubt reach the same result) all of the name calling won’t change the fact that he is a usurper. Do your research on this and you will find out very quickly that this is exactly what the law says and what the courts have held in every opinion every rendered on this issue. Sorry

      • Cameron, I won’t go into all the legal reasons that you are full of shit 🙂
I wouldn’t spend a lot of time and emotional energy getting all excited about this issue. The chances of President Obama getting bumped off the GA or any other state ballot are about as close to zero as you can get. It’s just not going to happen, honey…..

Rachel Maddow did a segment on this delusional legal proceeding last night. But even Rachel didn’t seem to grasp the legal reasons that this is bullshit.

      • I can’t believe I’m devoting time to this inane argument, but I’m waiting for a phone call. Here’s the digest of a “birther” argument and a learned discussion thereof: http://tinyurl.com/6ltv4f
Why don’t we turn to the discussion of something that could actually make a difference in our lives….such as whether Bigfoot exists. I actually know somebody who saw one, close up.

      • Here’s a link to an article that appeared in today’s Huffington Post: http://tinyurl.com/7ggd7eb

In pertinent part, and in discussing Orly Taitz’ latest Qixotic lawsuit in GA:

“In the end, no groundbreaking arguments, testimony or evidence were presented at Thursday’s hearing, perhaps a testament to the tired nature of these challenges. Taitz is one of the most seasoned veterans of the birther movement, and the fact that she was even granted a hearing came as her first “victory.” She was fined $20,000 last year by a Georgia judge for filing frivolous lawsuits of the same nature.

Even with the decision by Obama’s legal team to completely ignore the supposed merits of the case, Bookman writes that Secretary of State Kemp is likely left with only one choice:

‘At any rate, the final decision is Kemp’s. Regardless of what Malihi recommends, Kemp does not want to become the Republican secretary of state who ruled Barack Obama off the ballot in Georgia. Becoming a birther hero would not begin to compensate for the lasting infamy such a step would bring him, especially because such a ruling would be challenged in state or federal court and almost immediately overturned on any number of reasons. Kemp would then look like a fool and put an end to any further political ambitions he might have. I doubt that’s the course he will choose to take.’

While Kemp, Malihi and the plaintiffs watched the case unfold, Obama was in Las Vegas, expanding upon an energy blueprint that he had unveiled at his State of the Union address.”

  5. Hi,

We posted a full video of the proceedings at this page. You’ll see the link to the video at the top.

  6. Here’s a quick clue for you…from Wikipedia, no less:
EligibilityArticle II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution sets the principal qualifications one must meet to be eligible to the office of president. A president must:
    1) be a natural born citizen of the United States;[62]
    2) be at least thirty-five years old;
    3) have been a permanent resident in the United States for at least fourteen years.
Obama was born in Hawaii. Case closed. Get over it and move on with your life. There is no constitutional requirement that both parents be US Citizens. Remember your famous “anchor babies” argument. Sheesh!

have been a permanent resident in the United States for at least fourteen years.

    • A natural born citizen is someone who is born here to two american citizens … Obama wasn’t (there are lots of legal authorities which support this Robert) He is likely a citizen (document experts have unanimously found his alleged birth certificate to be a forgery and a very very poor one at that not to mention all of the SSN’s he has used …you know like the one he is using right now which belongs to a man who was born in 1890 …no they don’t reuse these numbers …Obama was a high school junior in Hawaii and had a basketball game he played in in Hawaii the same day he applied for a SS card and number from the state of Connecticut..hmmm seems legit to me?) Why don’t any of these facts bother you Robert? Obama isn’t the only progressive out there you know …do you really want a progressive who usurped his way into office because now that this stuff is now a matter of court records and now that these issues are pending in 1/3 of all of the remaining states can you imagine any circumstances where he could be an effective leader when the whole world is about to find out and be presented with actual physical proof that he is fraud? This is about doing whats legal and right which is far more important than any one person…

  7. Holy shit! What the hell happened to your mind in the midst of all that MBA education? Maybe you can get a job with Donald Trump. But to answer your question, no, I am not bothered by facts manufactured in the fever swamps of internet, right-wing conspiracy theory. These kinds of facts do not bother me in the least. But more to the point…tear yourself away from the computer and take a walk in the fresh air. Present your shocking new discoveries to the man on the street (or woman). Tell them in a breathless whisper how Obama is not eligible to be president. Watch the expression on their face. Notice how they draw away and move on down the other side of the sidewalk. Notice that it’s no longer 2010, and that nobody in their right mind gives a rat’s ass about the birther fantasy. How can you possibly justify wasting your time of this stuff? I’ve said enough. Have a nice weekend.

    • quick someone said something I don’t agree with ….attack her …question and ridicule her motives… redirect the conversation away from the issue and above all …question her sanity. Come on Robert. Most of the people (60%) already don’t think he was eligible. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY…as the courts are all lining up and concluding is that it’s not up to everyone to prove he isn’t eligible …it’s up to him to prove he is! So far that is the only part of the equation that has been noticeably missing

      • Cameron, with all due respect, you are completely deluded on this point. I’m a lawyer. The courts are not lining up to do anything. Down in the deep old racist South, the Birthers continue to file their hopeless cases. The whole Birther thing is deader than whale shit, except among those fans of this line of inquiry, who, like you, continue to dream that the black guy in the White House is going to be magically taken off the stage. You know you’ll never beat the guy with the likes of Newt and Mitt, so you fantasize that the magic sheriff will show up at the White House, evict the black guy and march him off down the street to the derision of Tea Baggers everywhere. Dream on.
        This is simply insane.

      • Here’s a quick, legal brief for you Cameron. Read the cited articles if you wish. I’m sure that if our Lord Jesus Christ appeared in power and great glory out of the heavens with a choir of angels and declared that Barack Obama is the duly elected President of the United States and a beloved child of God, it would not deter you from your obsession. But you wanted some legal reasoning…..

        1. The Plaintiffs in the Georgia case LACK STANDING to sue: “The “birther” movement was dealt another blow to its efforts to unseat President Obama on December 22 when a federal appeals court dismissed a legal challenge from a group, including former presidential candidate Alan Keyes, ruling that none of them had sufficient standing to sue the President. Those in the birther movement claim that Obama was not born in the United States and thus is constitutionally unqualified to be President.

As reported by the Los Angeles Times, none of the plaintiffs in the case “has the right to sue the president because none has suffered any injury that the court could heal with a ruling, a three-judge panel of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals said in upholding a lower court’s dismissal of their lawsuit.” http://tinyurl.com/7qpx6hr

        2. The question of whether Barack Obama is a “natural born citizen” within the meaning of the U.S. Constitution is a POLITICAL QUESTION that is not justiciable in the courts: http://tinyurl.com/7qpx6hr

        3. The birther issue raises a federal question and the Federal Courts have exclusive SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION of Federal questions. Thus the GA state court lacks subject matter jurisdiction.

        4. The GA court lacks PERSONAL JURISDICTION over the President, never having acquired it by any legal means.

        5. The argument that to be a “natural born citizen” of the US is not supported by any language of the Constitution itself nor by the English Common Law generally understood and utilized by the Americans at the time the Constitution was adopted. http://tinyurl.com/6mhybul

I hereby leave y’all to go on and on about the Birther issue, but I have other things to do. Have a nice day.

    • Its no longer a birther conspiracy …it’s not a constitutional question. Your an attorney Robert …read the legal authorities on the actual legal question here and then tell me with a straight face that there isn’t a justiciable issue here.

Tell me your thoughts and I will respond!
