The Absurdity Of Feminism

The Absurdity Of Feminism

By Jacob van Flossen

Americans are bombarded with pleas for an egalitarian ethic. But there is no equality in nature. The concept of equality–the mathematical equation of two or more entities–has no place in a biological universe. No two apples on any tree are ever the same; nor two trees in the same orchard. No teacher will ever teach two pupils with the same complex of aptitudes, achievements, personalities or responses. Similarities, of course; recurring patterns, to be certain. But true equality–a precise equivalence of measurable traits–never!

The point is not that the differences are always significant or even definable. At times they are extraordinary; at times scarcely perceptible. Yet by what compulsion do we make the denial of human difference–the denial of that which makes each of us unique–an ultimate goal? No one questions the concept of equal access to the Law; to a just and fair treatment for all in the Courts, before the bar of Justice. Though even here, a goal of perfect equality is not obtainable. For any experienced trial lawyer must admit, how a client is perceived will affect the judgment he faces; as each Judge or Juror’s own perception will reflect the individuality of his nature.

In the field of human relations, in questions of success or failure, education, art or culture; the concept of equality is less than absurd. It is a malevolent delusion, contrived by those who either envy the achievements of others, or grasp at ways to demonstrate a wholly misdirected altruism. It is embraced for a great variety of the wrong reasons. To the extent that its advocates achieve an agenda, we lose a part of our character and freedom. In a leveling of traits, we assail that which makes each of us important. What we have said, should be obvious. But let us make an essential distinction. We do not criticize efforts to upgrade ability. That after all, is what education is about; to better prepare each person, rich or poor, white or black, male or female, to better meet the challenges, exploit the opportunities and fulfill the potential of his own life.

Meaningful education, like meaningful altruism, must deal with the individual as an individual; recognizing his strengths and weaknesses, interests and problems, joys and sorrows. A teacher who teaches according to a statistical abstract, will teach but little. Every child has distinct needs and distinct aptitudes. From genius to moron, from the malleable to the incorrigible, neatly constructed formal guidelines (promulgated by an educational bureaucracy, looking to means and averages) can only interfere with real learning. To better help a child, you must get to know that child as a particular being–one of a kind. It is no different in any other type of human relationship. Thus far, we speak in generalities. But what are the most meaningful traits of the species? (We leave questions of an original creation, the soul, and theories of an hereafter, to the theologians. These are outside our scope.) But in the secular sense, the basics are easily determined.

Modern living involves a great constriction in the perception of distance, a vast extension in the variety of distractions–the gadgets and amusements of a technological age. On every side we are bemused or bedeviled by a parade of new experiences–items and concepts of which our forebears never dreamed. Yet in all of this expansion of interest, the dominant needs remain unchanged. Our greatest pleasures; our joys, heartaches and frustrations, flow from those needs; and remain as they were before history was written. In every age, man has required a place to rest. But as this comes to be achieved–at least in modern times–with some degree of permanence, it is seldom a daily preoccupation. All must eat. And the provision and preparation of food have always been matters of absorbing interest; while the circumstances of its consumption have provided, through the generations, our most popular and utilitarian occasion for both social and ceremonial expression. <<<>>>

"War President" Obama’s Deceptions about War

War President Obama’s Deceptions about War

He has the US Military in Libya bombing them into the dark ages (oh wait …never mind) calling it a “limited humanitarian intervention”, not war.

He bypassed congress before taking this aggressive action (he only had time to get in front of the UN)…something he claimed was inexcusable back when he was Barack Obama peace lover pandering to the left wing simps who believed him, sent their money to him and elected him (and incredibly …will probably vote for him again!)

He said he would close Gitmo… he lied

He said he was ‘signing an executive order that would close Gitmo forever… the order he signed that day didn’t say that.

He expanded the scope of the U.S. counter terrorism efforts to Pakistan and Yemen

He rejected congressional offers to openly debate a reauthorization of the war.

He ordered a 30,000-troop surge into Afghanistan — atop his earlier increase of 21,000 troops —

He vowed the escalation would end this July. But only minimal numbers of troops will come home this year, and his senior aides are talking about an indefinite stay by at least some U.S. forces after 2014.

Obama might want to hand off command responsibility to a different, multinational entity, in order to keep the scope of the U.S. commitment limited. He just has no plan in place to do it.

The concerted, open-ended multinational application of naval and air power to enforce a United Nations Security Council resolution authorizing “all necessary measures” to forcibly change the political behavior of a head of state — that’s something that Carl von Clausewitz would recognize in an instant. Call it smart, call it stupid, but please don’t call it anything besides war.

It doesn’t take a whole lot of wondering or google to understand why Obama wants to spin the Libya war as anything but a war and in doing so avoid telling the truth; He doesn’t want to rely on Congress to declare war which he would be required to do and should be required to do.

If Obama’s neoconservative globalist agenda is to conduct limited wars, he’s not doing it very well. And he’s certainly not coming clean to the public about what he’s doing. Somewhere, George W. Bush is having a cold beer and asking …”Do you miss me yet?”

The Emperor Has No Clothes …No Brain …and No Shame!

One thing I know is true is this: Whatever Obama tells us ….he is lying. It doesn’t matter if it’s about Libya, healthcare pr the time of day… his track record of being a serial liar makes anything he says to anyone or everyone immediately suspect and we would be well advised to assume everything he says is a lie until proven otherwise because he lost the courtesy of being presumed truthful long ago. He is a neoconservative globalist and showed the world where his loyalties lie when he bypassed congress and took the Libyan matter to get the blessing of the UN instead. What a loser!

I love Shakespeare quotes …no one has ever been able to say it better before or since. How could he have possibly been able to describe our current President so long ago?

“He’s a most notable coward, an infinite and endless liar, an hourly promise-breaker, the owner of no one good quality.”

All’s Well That Ends Well, 3. 6

Here is a great column written by my buddy Keith “Mad Dog” Davies “
THE KING HAS NO CLOTHES
It pains me to write this article, as our country’s highest representative is making our country a laughing stock to the world and what is even worse, to our most deadly enemies. Our community organizer President may have been able to fire up a few union thugs, sign a few hundred new ACORN members, and act as a lawyer in his home neighborhood of Chicago, but his leadership of our nation has become an embarrassment, whether you are a far left Democrat, or a far right Republican, and everyone in between. I cannot even mention our president’s name anymore; it is such a burden upon my psyche. This Libyan fiasco will end up at best destroying this presidency and at worst will make the Middle Eastinto an even bigger mess, the latter being more likely. The chaos will not be because going to war is good or bad; it is because we do not have a president who can act decisively.Every decision that he makes is based on how it will affect him politically versus what is the best thing to do in the interests of the United States and the free world. That the “kinetic military action” is not, or maybe, or it is to something other than what the public is told. One person in the administration thinks it is to depose and kill Qaddafi, another says only it is to protect civilians, and another says it is possibly something to akin to a combination of the two. Our European allies are in disarray because they cannot or are unwilling to lead. In other words, based on the policy or lack of one, we are dropping bombs for the hell of it, or because the UN said it was OK, until the bombs started to actually fall, then it was not OK!

Initiating a war is politically incorrect for a Marxist president, so he enacts a war policy reluctantly and calls it something else, and when his base starts to criticize him he looks to bail out on his policy as soon as possible, the world be damned. Whether the Libyan war is the correct policy or not, at this moment our President is bombing Libya and he wants to call it everything and anything else, because it does not sit well with his Nobel peace loving ego, never mind that it insults the intelligence of the people of the United States of America including the ones that cling to their guns and religion. America having voted for a far left ideologue professor who speaks out of two sides of his mouth, now acts like each hand he plays does the opposite action. His balancing act between his far left wing base and what is a prudent foreign policy has put the President between a rock and hard place politically, and now he is about to screw the whole world up at the same time. A president needs to have one priority when he is the leader of America and that is what is in the best interests of the country.

What we have now is a president who is only interested it seems in having pleasure rides on Air Force One, playing golf, watching basketball and have fancy concerts with his celebrity friends in the White House, hell doing the job of President, who wants to do that boring job! Our President acts more like a tin pot dictator from Africa, without thank G-d the ability to kill his opposition at home or abroad, but then again his health care bill might do that job, at least on the home front. Cont’d Here…..

Neoconservative…Neoliberal….Barack Hussein Obama ….Wake Up!

Did Obama’s decision to open up (even if it’s only for a few days like he says), a 3rd military front in Libya strike anyone as out of character for the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize? Is anyone paying attention to what Obama has been doing and compared it to what Obama has said and is saying he is doing? Has bitter partisan bickering trumped everyone’s ability to see anything objectively, and are people so in love with the image of Obama they wish were true that they are willing to continue to quietly pretend that the king is wearing clothes, and in doing so deny, despite the mountain of evidence supporting it, that Obama isn’t really the messiah, or the savior but is actually just a 2 bit neoconservative globalist who was willing to sell his soul to the devil for the chance to sit in the big chair? Not to mention ….he is also:
An actor and liar of the highest and most prolific order… Barrachio!
A neoconservative, neoliberal globalist of unequaled effectiveness and stature.
Is there anyone who is still unclear about Obama’s Neocon Globalist (a.k.a. neoconservative a.k.a. neoliberal) agenda? Try this experiment with me … For the next ten minutes take everything you have ever heard him say, all of the promises he has ever made and everything you ever thought was true about Barack Obama …..and forget it! Just clear it from your brain for a second while I walk you through what he has done that can be verified. When we are done you will have the opportunity to take out what you thought was true and then try your very best to reconcile what he has said ….and what you thought was true …with what we know is true. Fair enough?

WHAT’S TRUE

Since his first day in office, and despite what he says, Barack Obama has continued and accelerated the same long-term agendas of the previous administrations in a manner entirely contrary to nearly all of the campaign pledges he has made. Obama isn’t in office to solve any problems …his job while in office is to frustrate any chance those problems have at being solved. Does anyone think it was purely chance and coincidence that at the same time the media was finishing it’s job vilifying George W. Bush, that the self proclaimed ‘anti-Bush’ materializes in the form of BHO? At a time when a majority of the American people were flailing around for answers to 8 years of Bush, BHO starts his campaigning and eloquently presents himself to be the answer to all of those concerns. At least that’s what he said he was ….at least it’s what he said he stood for, and would do if elected…and it should be clear to even the most casual observer that we were ALL sold a bill of goods. Consider the following:

-Barack Obama pledged in 100’s of speech’s and interviews that he would immediately bring the troops home… where are they …not only did he not keep that promise …he double downed on the number of troops over there … he went the wrong direction!

-He swore to repeal the patriot act …then he immediately voted to reauthorize it…not one but twice!

-He pledged he would filibuster any efforts made to grant any retroactive immunity to the telephone companies, then in the next instant he voted for the bill doing just the opposite,

-He criticized and swore to renegotiate NAFTA and GATT because they were unfair to American workers …but when word got out to Canada about what he said …he immediately sent out a memo telling Canadian officials not to worry about that it was just campaign rhetoric…

-He swore over and over that he would no clean up government,

-He swore over and over that he would work for the environment… yeah right.

-He announced during his first week, that he was signing an executive order to close Gitmo … but the order he signed that day didn’t state anything of the sort.

-He has lied, deceived and cheated the American people from the word go.

-He told his biggest lie so many times he repeated it even when he was asleep … He promised that he would have no lobbyists in his administration. Lol (the list of Obama’s lies are so voluminous they can’t be chronicled here)

Did anyone ever bother to look and see how that promise had been kept? The broken promises fit into a big picture of satisfying long term globalist agendas such as imploding the American economy. The list of members in his administration he has put into place to help with that task reads like a who’s who of very well documented, ruthless, neoconservative globalists, most of whom have transitioned from Clinton to Bush and now to Obama… and everyone of them have long and storied histories of being involved in furthering long-range globalist objectives. Consider the un likelihood of this:

–Thirty-one of the forty-seven people Barack Obama has named for appointments have ties to the Clinton Administration and/or the Bush Administration or both. But lets look specifically at who these powerful people are and some of the things they did to establish their neocon globalist bonafides.

Eric Holder – Attorney General – was involved in the Presidential Pardon of the Billionaire Fugitive Marc Rich, he played a leading role in re authorization of the Patriot Act in 2005, and again after Obama took office. Holder’s record is not that of a champion of civil and democratic rights or a defender of the oppressed, but rather a legal servant of the corporations and the state, complicit in their criminality and repression. Check out what he did for Chiquita Brands International whose executives were facing charges of aiding terrorism through their support of an organization whose gunmen carried out massacres, kidnapping, and torture of tens of thousands of people in Colombia.
Zbigniew Brzezinski – Foreign Policy Advisor – Who in their right mind would even consider appointing ZB to a position of responsibility with his long history of military interventionism in the Middle East. Zbigniew Brzezinski has served as Jimmy Carter’s National Security Advisor from 1977 to 1981, and has a long history of military interventionism in the Middle East. His strategies have involved provoking wars between countries in order to further long-term globalist agendas.Policies and strategies which Brzezinski created include provoking of the Soviet-Afghanistan war occurring between 1979-1989, causing 2-3 million deaths, and provoking of the Iran-Iraq war occurring between 1980-1988 which resulted in another 1.5 million deaths. He has also empowered the Afghan Mujahideen against the Soviets in 1979, who eventually transformed into the Taliban and Al-Qaeda.The poorly conceived “Carter Doctrine” which Brzezinski helped to create established a US claim to the Persian Gulf and was the basis of the first Iraq war and the current one.Brzezinski founded the Trilateral Commission with David Rockefeller in 1973, and he is a member of the Bilderberg Group, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), and is a leading member of the Rand corporation. Hello??
Rahm Emanuel- Former Obama Chief of Staff is known for being a strong advocate of hawkish foreign policies as well as corporate globalist agendas such as NAFTA and the World Trade Organization. After being a senior advisor in the Clinton Administration, Emanuel was elected to Congress in 2002 After his Congressional career, Emanuel became wealthy as an investment banker and also sat of the board of mortgage giant Freddie Mac.

Madeleine Albright – Advisor – has been assigned by Barack Obama to report on how to “strengthen US leadership in responding to genocide,” Albright’s history makes her qualifications for such a position questionable due to past associations with the sanctions against Iraq, Genocide in Rwanda, and the Bombing of Yugoslavia, all occurring during her role as Secretary of State under Bill Clinton or while Ambassador to the United Nations. As Secretary of State she was heavily associated with the sanctions against Iraq, which killed over 1.5 million people, many of them children. From an interview on CBS’s 60 Minutes: “We have heard that half a million children have died. I mean, that’s more children than died in Hiroshima. And, you know, is the price worth it?” Albright replied: “I think this is a very hard choice, but the price — we think the price is worth it.”

While being Ambassador to the United Nations under Clinton, Albright did nothing to stop the 1994 genocide in Rwanda where over 800,000 people were slain and many more maimed, despite the United States and the UN being informed of the situation from its onset.
Larry Summers and Timothy Geithner – have been involved with implementing damaging financial legislation during the Clinton Administration which has been one of the biggest causes of the 2008 financial meltdown. Larry Summers has a long history of imposing damaging economic legislation, which empowers corporate globalist elites. As a protégé of David Rockefeller, his appointment as Treasury Secretary by Bill Clinton in 1999 facilitated his role in the repeal of the Glass Steagall Act and the adoption of the Financial Services Modernization Act, which provided legitimacy to insider trading and financial manipulation. Summers was also a Consultant to Goldman Sachs.Summers, Geithner, Corzine, Volker, Fischer, Phil Gramm, Bernanke, Hank Paulson, Rubin, not to mention Alan Greenspan, al al. are buddies; they play golf together; they have links to the Council on Foreign Relations and the Bilderberg; they act concurrently in accordance with the interests of Wall Street; they meet behind closed doors; they are on the same wave length; They are utterly ruthless in their management of economic and financial processes. Their actions are profit driven. Outside of their narrow interest in the “efficiency” of “markets”, they have little concern for “living human beings”. How are people’s lives affected by the deadly gamut of macro-economic and financial reforms, which is spearheading entire sectors of economic activity into bankruptcy.
Timothy Geithner (pre Obama) had been the President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and has been appointed Treasury Secretary of the Obama Administration. He has been a part of such groups as the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Kissinger and Associates, and David Rockefeller’s Group of Thirty. He has a past history of taking orders directly from international bankers and being friendly with AIG, Lehman, and Goldman Sachs. While an entire book could be written about Mr. Geithner and Mr. Summers and would be necessary to chronicle all of their crimes. Here are a couple of places to look;
Timothy Geithner was given extensive treatment in Who are the Architects of the Economic Collapse?”: At the time he was CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, which is the most powerful private financial institution in America. He was also a former Clinton administration Treasury official. He has worked for Kissinger Associates and has also held a senior position at the IMF. The FRBNY plays a behind the scenes role in shaping financial policy. Geithner acts on behalf of powerful financiers, who are behind the FRBNY. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR)

In liaison with his former colleagues at the IMF and the World Bank, Summers and Geithner played key roles in crafting the economic “shock treatment” reform packages imposed at the height of the 1997 Asian crisis on South Korea, Thailand and Indonesia. (See Michel Chossudovsky, The Recolonization of Korea, subsequently published as a chapter in The Globalization of Poverty and the New World Order, Global Research, Montreal, 2003.)

George Mitchell; top lobbyist for the Saudi Royal family leads is Obama’s top middle eastern envoy,

Leon Panetta top lobbyist for Wall Street to head up the CIA,

Harold Koh, legal adviser for the State Department. Mr. Koh is a self-described “transnationalist” who “believes in and promotes the blending of international and domestic law.” According to Mr. Koh, “U.S. courts can and should use their interpretive powers to promote the development of a global legal system. In his current position, Mr. Koh is in a position to negotiate treaties, affect international law, and influence U.S. foreign policy.

John P. Holdren-President Obama’s top science and technology advisor co-authored a 1977 book in which he advocated the formation of a “planetary regime” that would use a “global police force” to enforce totalitarian measures of population control, including forced abortions, mass sterilization programs conducted via the food and water supply, as well as mandatory bodily implants that would prevent couples from having children.

Robert Gates Secretary of Defense, was indicted for involvement in covering up the Iran-Contra scandal.Secretary of Defense Robert Gates has been involved with over three decades of questionable activities in the CIA intelligence community, and he remains as the Pentagon Chief in the Obama Administration.

Do I even need to mention Hillary Clinton?

People the list is endless!

All of the people listed above and many many more in the Obama administration are members of globalist organizations such as the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderberg Group, and the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). These groups are not fictitious or made up by conspiracy theorists…they are powerful organizations that have been working together during the past century to incrementally seize control of the centers of power on the global level— including political, monetary, intellectual, and ecclesiastical.
Take a look at the seemingly endless list of dishonest campaign promises made by Barack Obama and how he set about aggressively breaking those promises on the first day of his Administration. The broken promises fit into a big picture of satisfying long term globalist agendas such as imploding the American economy for the purpose of empowering a dictatorial world government. Obama’s track record is clear …in every single instance he has done the exact opposite of what he said he would do
Only space limits the list of well-documented globalists currently practicing their art in the Obama administration and their ugly Neocon globalist histories. When are people going to stop falling for the distraction news fed to them by the media and wake up and smell the One World Order…and put away their media induced hysteria of people from other political parties and take a good hard look at the liar they have put into the white house and ask themselves what they can do to help this country replace him in 2012

"Let’s Not Let a Perfectly Good Crisis Go to Waste" Thank You Japan

An earthquake registering 9.0 on the Richter Scale…a tsunami that created a wall of water there was no escape from; a nuclear event that proves: nuclear energy is safe (the only thing that failed were diesel driven backup systems), a nuclear reactor that was only built to withstand a sub 8.0 earthquak…still standing proud, and finally an estimated 10,000 people dead and/or missing.

The Japanese people have every possible reason God can throw at them to panic and act crazy…but they don’t.

Let’s face it people…even though history tells us that the Japanese culture has sometimes responded to different events in less than honorable ways …in this set of circumstances; circumstances that would challenge the bravest, the toughest, and the most honorable of us ….the Japanese people are showing the world that they are class act. The things we should all take notice of from this catastrophe…and hopefully learn from, comes from not just what we see …but also what we don’t see.

Anybody seen any news reports of food riots?

Anyone heard of anything but calm, orderly rationing of things like gasoline?

How about looting?

No… nothing like that?
Care to guess why that might be..after all don’t they have every reason x 100 to break with societies rules and go on individual ‘everyman for himself’ episodes of hoarding and thievery?

The Japanese lesson which I see, that will no doubt be completely ignored are the benefits of living in a cohesive society…one which shares a common history, a common language, common traditions and common values…in short: a culture that has no embraced the lie of multiculturalism…one that rejects the graying of the lines between right and wrong… one that values absolutes …private property rights and that does more than pay lip service to the notion of a people coming together to deal with a national tragedy with their heads held high and their honor intact.

It all goes back to what the definition of what a Nation is:

“A Nation is not a game of musical chairs.” It involves concepts of kith and kin, of shared struggle; of common sacrifice and common triumph”

In Vattel’s classic Eighteenth Century treatise on the LAW OF NATIONS (which was the defining standard at the time the Founding Fathers launched America, and for at least a century later) we get the definition of a Nation:

Nations or states are bodies politic, societies of men united together for the purpose of promoting their mutual safety and advantage by the joint efforts of their combined strength.

Such a society has her affairs and her interests; she deliberates and takes resolutions in common; thus becoming a moral person, who possesses an understanding and a will peculiar to herself, and is susceptible of “obligations” and “rights.”

Here is my point! Can anyone read this definition and say with a straight face that it applies to the USA as it is today? How about the Japanese? Do you see what I am trying to say?

For the Japanese…:

”These are the times that try men’s souls… The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his country; but he that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman”

While we provide whatever aid we can and keep the Japanese people in our ongoing thoughts and prayers, let’s also take away what we can as these people stand proudly, bravely, morally, and with integrity, as they demonstrate to the rest of the world what a Nation is …and in doing so showcase what it isn’t. After all … let’s not let this crisis go to waste.

What impact does the minimum wage have on unemployment? Net Job Loss of over 2MM!

What impact does the minimum wage have on unemployment? ‘Ironman’ looks at the data between 2006 and present, and concludes that 41.8% of the unemployment produced between these years have been caused by the minimum wage. He writes that there has been a fall in minimum wage earners of 2.2 million jobs, while total decrease in the labor force constituted roughly 5.3 million. The data, admittedly, is a bit shoddy, given that there isn’t only one reason for the number of minimum wage earners and the civilian labor force to fall, but I think the figure provides a good insight at the effect of minimum wage, nonetheless. (H/T Tyler Cowen.)Follow this link and scroll down a bit to see this analysis….Thanks economicthought.net
